Venue Fee

The Venue Fee is a flat fee to host events on the property. Events can include rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, dinner reception, cocktail parties, company retreats.

Off Peak Season: December - February

Mid-Peak Season: March, April, November

Peak Season: May -October

Nightly Accommodations

Your booking of our 3,000 square foot home covers use for up to 6 guests for overnight use. Additional overnight guests may be added for a fee, for a maximum 12 guests. We do have a 2-night minimum stay.
